The core of flight teaching quality management system is to enhance student pilots' training quality.According to the regulation of CAAC(Civil Aviation Administration of China),the traditional inspection records on teaching quality are in the form of papers.With the development of civil aviation,the number of student pilots are increasing year by year.If you want to improve the quality of the civil aviation flight training,you must keep the teaching quality inspection records statistically.Traditional way of scattered records on the original data cannot guarantee accurate and effective data statistics and the analysis of conclusion.In this paper,through the standard specification of the raw data collection and analysis,the inadequacy and problems existing in the process of teaching training were found out,and targeted feedback were achieved,teaching process were improved and standardized.What's more,the training deficiency of student pilots were clearly pointed out,the weak links of flight instructors teaching was summed up,and the purpose of improving teaching quality of the whole flight was finally achieved.For flight instructors,student pilots,and flight direct management departments at all levels,the individual and overall quality analysis reports were provided.These quality analysis reports can analyze and statistics specifically at any period of time and automatically generated.After the completion of the system,it can build a closed loop management among users.On the basis of actual demands in teaching practice,the function of this system is designed and achieved according to different administrations of the whole process of teaching quality management.This system is programmed by supportive PHP language,with B/S Framework to be the core,and practical and open source MYSQL to be the database.Both of the authority structure and function related to system design are definite.In all,the related function of this system has been successfully achieved according to the designed thought and process.According to the actual environment in use,the system's function and performance are tested.Test results show that the system meets its designed function and performance.Its safety and other aspects will be tested later.During the test,the system runs stably,and the data of each function module interact well.The test run of the system was well received by the flight instructors and student pilots.From design,implementation to test run,the system fully meets the requirements of pilot training industry.In the field of China civil aviation pilot training,the system is the forerunner for CCAR141 training schools,and also serves as a model of quality management for other training institutes.Because the system design is based on industry standards and specifications,it is also easy to be replicated and promoted to other training institutions.It brings much experience to the management of general aviation training market for Civil Aviation Administration of China.I was mainly responsible for the function of the system construction and function module design,as well as the late testing and system deployment,and independently completed the paper writing during the system development period.
