Forests are most important resource for mankind’s,and also an important guarantee for the agricultural production and people’s lives, they have the economic, ecological and social benefits. Forest fires,as one kind of sudden and strong, devastating natural disasters, do a great deal of damage to the people, this needs to be monitored to prevent the use of scientific techniques, the fire detection. As a new type of effective forest fire monitoring technology, image-type fire monitoring techniques much attention in the forest fire monitoring business, our main use of MODIS and NOAA data, in 2008, China’s new generation of polar-orbiting meteorological satellite FY the 3rd launched and put into operation, the data that we grasp first-hand information and data download high frequency, can be carried out on a wide range of forest fire near real-time monitoring.As this system relies on FY-3A satellite remote sensing data processing and the construction of a forest fire monitoring and analysis system, mainly based on FY- 3 satellite data characteristics, carried out the work on forest fire monitoring study, the main research work includes :( 1) research satellite FY- data format, analyze their data characteristics, and using open source HDF5 library handles data analysis, data is read;( 2) of the fire point monitoring algorithm, combined with the current characteristics of remote sensing data, and through experiments tests to determine the fire point monitoring algorithm processes, and based on business characteristics, create automated business systems contracting identify fire, and through verification and other monitoring results, obtained satisfactory results, to meet the operational monitoring requirements;( 3) under the plug style development ideas, based on. Net platform technology to establish a fire monitoring and analysis system, using a commercially available databases Oracle10 g database to ensure data stability, plug-in and development of the system in both the fire monitoring on the basis of business operations, but also has good scalabilityThis article from the Bureau of Forestry forest fire monitoring the actual situation on the specific functional requirements and business needs finishing, made a detailed needs analysis, and highlights the overall system design and software framework, elaborated system the main function modules, focusing realize image processing, fire sentenced knowledge, fire products produced and database processing functions, complete knowledge of the fire sub- algorithms, business process. The system is mainly used c # programming language to implement the system in terms of data management using the oracle database technology, and through the system operation and testing, to better meet the forest fire monitoring and analysis of business functions to achieve the desired effect.
