Zibo exists as the heavy industrial area of Shandong Province. In recent years it develops more rapidly and many new industries boom which changes the economic entity of Zibo, while all of the industries are based on electric power. As a result the power supply mode is facing a significant change to meet the power requirements of all the industries.With the updates of the power supplying facilities, power supply management is also facing a significant adjustment, and the previous management methods could not meet the requirements. So we need to design a new set of perfect power supply management system to effectively manage the power supply system of Zibo City. The new system is required to be timely feedback the power supply problems to system administrator for a effective and efficient treatment. In addition, it can simplify the bureau’s daily work such as the monthly electricity charge and tables copy work. As to some general problems this system can also deal with effectively, for example, to set the maintenance or to update the electrovalence. We intend to use UML during the analysis, modeling and realization process of this system. Based on the BS structure to construct the system architecture, we use Java programming language to realize it. Besides, for better concurrent access and control as well as to deal with the large amount of data throughout requirements, we propose to use text oriented mongo database as the data support.How to convert the original complex and rush power scheduling task into a simple computer set up and read operations, and to ease the daily operations of power supply bureau from query and set up operations to computer windows implementations are the major problems this system needs to solve. After certain requirements analysis, we model the functional requirements and use appropriate tools and methods to realize it, so that the operator can easily and efficiently complete a variety of complex functions. And this is the design goal of this system.
