With the speeding up of the industrialization progress, the electric power industry, as the backbone of national economy, takes more and more important role. The management efficiency and the information level are the key factors for restricting the development of electric power industry. It is an effective way to improve the management level by developing high efficiency power supply management information system. These years, with the development of information technology and the improvement in management methods, the information system is heading for the direction of high level and wide field. Developing the Web based enterprise application has been the direction of integrated management information system.Based on the research and analysis to the present status of information management and the existing problems of Power Supply Company, the paper presents an integrated scanning analysis information system for it; the system satisfies the needs of Power Supply Company which lacks management application. After consulting many references, a multi-tiers Web application model with mixed components is put forward; then, an integrated scanning analysis information system for Power Supply Company is developed by applying this model. Report and chart are presented to satisfy different inquiry demands. In order to control the users' access rights and improve the system security, the two steps access control mechanism is adopted in the system; therefore, the users' rights control is realized effectively. Connection pool technology is adopted to resolve the problem of speed bottleneck caused by frequent connection to database; the technology improves the operation speed much. The system supplies the manager of the power supply company with real-time information inquiry and information for decision-making.The application result shows that this kind of Web application model has the advantages of increasing the software reliability, maintaining software easier, shortening the development circle, reinforcing the code's reuse property and exerting the features of different components.In the paper, the multi-tiers Web application model with mixed components and the integrated scanning analysis information system for Power Supply Company give an example for the quick development of complex integrated management information system.
