| The application of information technologies can be seen everywhere as the world is undergoing a highly developing Information Era. Maanshan Archives Bureau is responsible for the files management for municipal departments and large enterprises. With the advent of the Information Era, the files management has to adopt corresponding reform in order to promote levels to adapt to the development of the society. In the past, the files management is input by hand. With the development of computer technology, most documents are scanned for restore in various electronic formats, so that the information could be found fast and accurately and the files management become more efficiently and scientifically. Nowadays, Maanshan Archives Bureau is still in conventional management model and it is in urgent need of a new, efficient and corresponding files management system.On the basis of a complete and thorough investigation of Maanshan Archives Bureau, we present the designing plan of electronic files management system. According to the situation of Maanshan Archives Bureau, the system consists of system login module, personal settings module, files management module and system management module, adopting the Web technology、B/S Three-tier Structure technology、ASP technology、SOA technology、JBPM technology、SQL server database technology and other technologies.The system achieves the expected function under testing. It is provided with functions such as quick reference, file confidentiality, information regulation and so on, which meet the demand of Maanshan Archives Bureau and improve the efficiency of files management completely. Therefore, the system would play an important role in establishing a brand new framework, improving the job efficiency and realize the information utilization. |
