Design And Implementaation Of Fine Management System Of Financial Institutions

Commercial bank fine management which is to be extended and applied in the foundation of enterprise management is a whole process management behavior of bank closely monitored activities. The implementation of fine management can help to solve many problems of extensive management, such as too many management institutions, slow information transmission, low efficiency and much risk in order to realize the full line of sustainable development, and establish the comparative advantage and core competitiveness.Construction Bank Nanchang Hongdu branch introduces a quantification and science management pattern, formulatse the Fine management rules. However, because the fundamental management standards of basic line mostly are based on "paper" file form, many of the rules are under the artificial management system, which causes the actual operation is separated with the rules.This project proposes to take advantage of computer information process technology and current communication technology to set up a platform for the modernization of fine management rules, namely, the solution to fine management system of financial institutions. In each week and month, the daily important work of every leadership of banks, employee,department and branch is entered into the system in advance. The system will work down to the specific responsibilities of people, and by computer communications platform use SMS to provide automatic prompts and supervision, rules management to achieve the important work and daily reminders and assessment automation. While designing and running system, service-oriented design is mainly applied; server side is constructed by MVC mode, client side by MVVM mode; system data of the SQL Server 2008R2 is adopted as service support; development and design are carried out in the Visual Studio 2012 by Windows XP/7/8 operating system. Introduction of technology makes the system running style is more smooth, more security and reliability, user operation more convenient.This thesis analyzes the background of the system realization and significance of the research at first; and then introduces the key technologies adopted from the point view of technology, analyzes the application demand of the system realization in perspective of demand, and elaborates systematic design planning. The project designed president weekly meetings, monthly meetings, individual work, rules subsystems, incentive subsystem, multiple subsystems notification system, SMS services and other services, and task servers. Each subsystem has a good user interface and user interactive. Role permission system is divided into three types, namely: responsible, supervision and assessment of people who make the rules clear division of authority and effective implementation of the assessment,at last discusses the realization of fine management in financial institutions.The development of the system introduced in this thesis contributes to solve relevant problems of Nanchang Hongdu branch, Construction Bank, including previous extensive management, lack of advanced management methods. It can also help to improve the management level, to solve the problems due to the separation between practical operation and management rules; and is conducive to reduce the cost of inspection and supervision, to enhance the overall execution efficiency, to improve the level of internal control, giving rise to prevent bank from all kinds of risks, to promote integral execution efficiency and to enhance competitive ability.
