Insurance companies standardize complex business process through information technology to satisfy the increasing requirements of insurance. In our country, the passenger personal accident insurances are sold by long-distance bus stations in the form of standar policies. It is hard to statistics the sale of insurance policies due to the fact that the policies are printed in advance. And it is also unhelpful to identify the recognizee in the traffic accident since these is no information about the recognizee in the policy. in this paper, we develop a sales management system for passenger personal accident insurance based on real-name registration. The functional modules of this system include certificating, cancelling and querying the policies. Our works in this dissertation are as follows:1. The general interfaces are designed to support the business logics of this system after analyzing the core business in the insurance company by the object-oriented analysis method.2. Dividing the whole system into two subsystems: server subsystem and front sales management subsystem. The former one consists of institution management, user management, authority management, vouching management, plan management, query management and data synchronization. The latter one includes sampling the data of the sold policies, generating and printing the policies, quering and statisticsing the policies and error handing.3. Hybrid design mode is used to design this system: server subsystem is designed by B/S mode in order to support the maintenance and extension; while the front sales management subsystem is designed by C/S mode to maintain individuation and humanization of the system.4. The security framework is desgned through data encryption technology and classified authority management scheme to ensure the security of the system.5. The system is developed by J2 EE framework, and loosing coupling among the presentation layer, the controlling layer and the business logic layer are implemented to ensure the efficiency and friendly operation of the system.Our works in this dissertation contribute to informationize the business of passenger accident insurance, resolve the problems of statistics and recognizeeidentification, and guarantee the rights and interests of the passenger. The passenger accident insurance policies based on real-name registration can be sold at the long-distance bus station of remote areas through GPRS/3G communication technology.
