In twenty-first Century,with the increasing exchanges between countries around the world,people have more and more opportunities to contact or to go to a foreign country in person.Long distance travel is no longer rely on vehicles,ships,trains and other inefficient,time consuming longer means of transport.With the development of economy,more and more people can choose the plane so convenient and efficient means of transport.Flights are no longer just like the original shuttle between the big cities,some of the small and medium-sized cities have the presence of the aircraft.With the development of information technology and the competition of airlines intensifies,how to make customers more convenient to get service,better use of feelings,as every airline needs to think about.The purpose of this system is to develop a more accurate,convenient,fast and efficient J2EE based passenger behavior analysis and management platform,the main work done is as follows:,First,the airline executives demand research,system is put forward based on the demand of an airline's management,therefore,is very important for the system user demand research,through research shows,including the function of the system should have:online booking,flight information,ticket booking,24 hour call system and based on the analysis of the behavior of tourists and to optimize the route setting etc..Second,to design the system of passenger behavior analysis system,according to the function and business characteristics,the system in various business processes carried out,given the specific design ideas,design a detailed database of the system table.Third,according to the various information collected by the system,the behavior of passengers is analyzed,and then the route of an airline is optimized and adjusted.Fourth,complete the implementation and testing process of the whole system.The coding and testing of the system are studied in detail,especially the testing tool use and system integration testing of the system.At last,through the system test and performance test,the reliability and design scheme of the system are verified by the actual test cases and reports.In the system implementation,avoid communication problems between the various subsystems of the original information can be shared,can make information sharing between the various systems,through the analysis of customer preferences and customer experience,improve the system and make it close to the customer needs,and changes with the use of the customer,let it get better experience.This system introduces data mining technology,fully consider the relationship between passengers and airlines,to find a balance between the two,to provide good service for passengers while ensuring reduce the operational costs of the airline,fully utilize existing social resources,create greater benefits for the society make a contribution.
