This Thesis mainly studies the actual needs of the informational and intelligent management of aviation industry, so as to improve management level. I developed this system by doing research on existing air crew system. I optimized data processing ability for the sake of more efficient system operation ability. The aviation service level was enhanced by the flight attendants preparation system based on RIA. What’s more, this flight attendants service has get fully information technology support, making air transport serve the community better. This thesis studies the user functions, RIA frameworks, technology and implementation issues related to RIA attendants preparation system. I use RIA technology as a user view layer technology design and development using MVC design pattern aiming at specific request. This thesis addresses the following questions:1. Combine the advantages of the existing technical analysis and optimization of existing aircraft crew system functions, making it more RIA features provide richer applications.2 Use server-side interface and view design and development, to establish relevant data model.3 Select the appropriate RIA technology and server technology, using three B/S structure to improve the resource utilization of the system. The system has been easy to maintain with a strong portability. And by strengthening the system of security measures and changing encoding software reliability has been improved. Besides, the system achieves the characteristics of high cohesion and low coupling between various modules and higher security.4. The final design and building a practical flight attendants preparation rich client system to enhance the functionality and efficiency, the formation of the actual results has been put into practical use.Firstly, according to RIA-based aircraft crew to prepare the initial system requirements and demand model to establish the relationship between the various sub-modules, then refining the function demand, using the appropriate system architecture and development of ways to form a complete system solution.Secondly, the thesis achieves these results according to the needs of the pre-analysis and preliminary system architecture solutions. The completion of the design features of the modules of the system, and the interactive features of the design module, a complete description of the function of each workflow and each sub-module between modules. Data on the use of the system, showing the results of the database structure design concept through ER diagrams, and lists the key parts of the database table fields.Finally, complement the features and functionality of each module through a comprehensive encoding module design, and centralized security data storage capacity. After the completion of the system coding, I carry out a more comprehensive testing program focused on comprehensive and effective system of testing. This thesis initially introduces white box theory, black box theory and all tools. I use application tools to performed functional tests RIA-based flight attendants preparation system, including logic testing, functional testing, module stability and resistance of stress testing.
