In the modern manufacturing, products tend to be continuous and large quantities of continuous output from the automated assembly line. In this production process, from raw material incoming inspection to parts processing to finished product assembly each link needs to have different types of all kinds of inspection, test and measurement and sorting to ensure the products quality. And automatic testing is an indispensable part of the production process, its good reliability, stability, measurement accuracy, and less manual intervention factors has become a production factory in order to ensure product quality and take one of the most effective control means. The same, automatic testing can be release the operator form tedious work; and the factory reduces the cost of production at the same time.Development of automatic test system and promote used in all production line, is the Shanghai MIKIA Group cost down development strategy needs to set up the project. And the purposes were: the first for improve the quality of the product. through the automatic testing system is imported into the production line, make the product in the process of testing to reduce human intervention, so as to improve the consistency of product data, and real-time monitoring of various measurement data needed to track dynamic production quality; Second, import automatic testing to reduce the production cost, a automatic test system of item test cycle is manual or semi-automatic product testing several times or more than ten times, which can save a lot of labor costs.This system uses the Lab View software development, running under the WINDDOWS environment. System including test software, control computer, test fixture, programmable AC power, Power analyzer, and Data acquisition unit, communication interface use GPIB bus, test fixture with PCL- 735 and PISO- P32C32 multi-channel I/O control card. In this paper, using RAD software development model, business model and data model of early fully grasp, and provide basic needs in a relatively short period of test service. System software includes user interface, instrument control and test procedure, data acquisition and processing, etc.The project has been in the normal operation of production line manufacturing units, and in the improve quality control level and reduce the production cost achieves the expected effect.
