Design And Implementation Of The Administrative System Of Electronic Monitoring

Recently, with the gradual deepening of e-government construction in the government departments, it’s very important to build the functions of the government’s public service. With the guidance of the national policy, local government was committed to construct the administrative examination and approval information system and improve the government efficiency and the level of public services. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the efficiency of administrative examination and approval, the government put forward the online administrative examination and approval, strengthening electronic surveillance efforts. Electronic monitoring system is a tool to monitor the process and results of the administrative examination and approval. It takes the advantage of computer networks and information system to monitor the administrative examination and approval and implements the e-government applications.The main work of this paper is to design and implement a set of administrative electronic monitoring system, according to the situation of Dongy Ying City, Shandong Province. This system is in accordance with the policy of strengthen supervision and improving efficiency and service. It is in close connection with the requirement of the administrative approval system reform. The system makes full use of the existing e-government resources and technology. It focuses on supervision of government administration and includes functionality to monitor administrative, administrative complaints and government information publicly, etc.
