| August 2011, Jiangsu broadcasting cable information network corporation limited Nanjing branch developed the third generation of the new television format——Cloud Media TV, which is based on regular TV, attached Internet applications, at the same time, it is a multi-function television that contains some functions such as intelligent association. Cloud Media TV integrated broadcast network, telecommunications network, and interconnection network on the TV.It has added more than 100 new features, such as video telephony, pay the bill, gas bill, TV shopping, transfer payments and so on. Users can communicate with TV programs by the set top box and tele-controller. Cloud Media TV provides a Interactive TV experience safe and reliable. This is the concrete practice of triple play.After more than three years, popularization rate of Cloud Media TV is increasing and extending to the province from Nanjing. But how to enhance the user’s likeability, familiarity and accept it, is imminent need to address problem.In this thesis, with Cloud Media TV system construction, expound a project of upgrading users of Cloud Media TV. Using the management theory, the problem is divided into three phases, requirement analysis phase of users, planning phase and promotion strategy evaluation phase.Each chapter expounds the main content of the work of each stage,propose theoretical solutions for enhancing the user population size and participation of Cloud Media TV.The result shows combined with the theory of project management and boosting customer experience of Cloud Media TV,would contribute to analyze and clear the main issues of boosting customers and help to present countermeasures of boosting customers. |
