The electric energy data acquisition system is an important part of smart grid, safe, reliable and efficient communication technology is the key to smooth construction of it. Low voltage power line carrier communication (LV-PLC) technology can achieve communication by making full use of the power line network extended in all directions, enjoying low construction cost and flexible networking, is widely used in construction of electric energy data acquisition system for China State Grid Corp. As far as the electromagnetic compatibility issues between LV-PLC and power grid as well as the household appliances (motor-driven appliances) concerned, this paper carried out the study.First, this paper introduces the development status of LV-PLC, the general research situation on electromagnetic compatibility, electromagnetic compatibility research status of LV-PLC, power grid and motor-driven appliances as well as the current existing problems in turns.Second, I study the basic principle and communication mode of the LV-PLC as well as low voltage power transmission line theory; I analyse the transmission characteristics of LV-PLC channel and establish the physical transfer model of LV-PLC signal.Third, this paper analyses the effect of LV-PLC electromagnetic on the power grid, grid sensitive equipments and motor-driven appliances, including the influence analysis of LV-PLC on the electrical energy quality; the inverter; residual current operated protective device and typical motor-driven appliances.Fourth, the test system on electrical electromagnetic compatibility influence of the LV-PLC (50kHz-20MHz) to power grid and electric appliances are established, and a large number of tests as well as the analysis of test results are completed.Finally, I design and develop the test device on which electromagnetic compatible impact of LV-PLC to residual current operated protective device, the design of hardware circuit and hardware device structure as well as the analysis of hardware device function included.Through the combined method of mechanism analysis and experimental validation, this paper gives the common mode and differential mode test scheme of LV-PLC electromagnetic compatible effect on grid and the motor-driven appliances, making clear the degree of effect on LV-PLC to the power grid and the motor-driven appliances, completing the design of differential mode conducted interference coupler and electromagnetic compatibility impact test device for LV-PLC to residual current operated protective device, providing technical support and test help for the overall performance improving study of LV-PLC, contributing to the application and popularization of LV-PLC technology in the electric energy data acquisition system and construction of smart home.
