| Needy student management and funding the work, is one of the important work of the current management of college students, due to many factors involved, the huge volume of data, so the management of great difficulty, simply by hand to manage student information is not possible. Therefore, many of the domestic colleges and universities have introduced the student management software. But the current management software defect is on the basis of information management functions more powerful, but the analysis and extraction of data but ragged. Therefore, this paper starts from the existing college student management system is the basic software architecture, the theory of the data warehouse of the author’s study, put forward reasonable suggestions on management software, the completion of data mining for needy students, has a profound practical and technical significance of the management of college students and funding.This paper consumption data based on campus card, and the irrelevant information and secondary information for cleaning and ignored, will be key data into data warehouse, OLAP and data mining model using, the depth of mining basic data, data extraction has the credibility and confidence, further defined the direction of funding, and funding scheme provide some knowledge. This paper around the needy students evaluation data platform, data were analysed using the technology function of the platform, use the mining model by mining the useful data, data evaluation of mining results. By analyzing the status of poor students, professional faculty, family income, source multi perspectives analysis, to define needy students through statistical charts and relevance of argumentation, from the scientific and objective perspective and the feasibility of data mining.The end of the paper, based on the mining results mentioned data put forward the improvement measures and rationalization proposals positioning of needy students. This study analyzes the data used for the campus card records of consumption, has positive significance, for the data mining technology in the needy student’s subsidy funding scheme for object selection and is feasible. The future of data mining platform if it can be carried out on the basis of data refinement and item sets is rich, will add a strong power for the management of College students. |
