Frequency hopping communication is a communication technology of with the carrier frequency changes with a group of pseudo random sequence. It has strong anti-interference ability, good concealment and anti-jamming ability. At the same time, the different address codes can be used for multiple access networking. Networking technology is the basic content of modern communication, in order to achieve the transmission between multiple nodes. When it comes to frequency hopping communication, the management of multiple nodes and agreement of communication rules are necessary in order to optimize resources and improve the efficiency. The networking of the FH system can enhance the reliability of the system and efficiency of data transmission.Basing on frequency hopping technology and networking technology, this paper carried out the research and design of frequency hopping network system, including the network access technology, the network synchronization technology and multiple modes of communication. This scheme is suitable for a network system which consists of a central node and multiple slave nodes. The initial synchronization, synchronization hold-in and deferred-network-entry are controlled by the central node. In order to solve the multiple access and synchronization problems, this paper proposed a fast networking synchronization algorithm. The central node sweeps frequency fast and the slave nodes sweep frequency slowly to tracking the central node. The system can establish a stable synchronization quickly. At the same time, this paper designed a communication method based on TDMA technology with the existing frequency hardware platform. At the end of this paper is further research of the frequency hopping patterns, anti-jamming ability and anti-interception of the network system. A group of FH patterns are designed for the synchronization process and communication process. Finally the program design, validation and implementation are done on a hardware platform which consists of a single-chip microcomputer controller and a radio frequency chip. The result shows that the system can quickly establish synchronization and stable communication with low bit error rate and good anti-interference ability. It is stable and reliable.
