Design And Application Of Digital Video Monitoring System In The Public Security System

The city’s modernization and the rapid development of economy has put forward many new requirements and tasks to the security work of the city’s public security system. In the same time, the development of computer technology, multimedia technology, network technology and communication technology provides a strong technical warranties and conditions to the implementation of digital network monitoring of modem cities, so as to construct a technologically advanced, reliable, economical and practical, easy-managed digital network security monitoring system for urban areas, which becomes an important means for the city public security system to maintain social order, crack down crimes, protect the lives and properties of citizens and promote economic development, also it becomes an important symbol of city modernization. To promote the application of video surveillance system in public security work, is an important issue for the construction and development of video surveillance system.This thesis mainly studies the digital video surveillance system based on IP network.Firstly, the theory of digital video surveillance system is described, including: structure, working principle, key technology, and load network application, technology and security. Secondly, on the basis of full analysis and research on the key technology of digital network video surveillance system,comprehensive video monitoring system model and integrated intelligent monitoring system are designed for the internal network security and the characteristics of our region’s public security. Finally, two typical video surveillance cases demonstrate the depth pplication of digital video surveillance system in public security work, and provide a feasible plan for the construction of public security video surveillance system in our district.
