Sichuan Jiuzhou Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. as large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, mainly engaged in R & D and production of broadband network equipment, digital TV terminal equipment, Sichuan Province is the first through the national Ministry of science and technology and the Chinese Academy of sciences review recognized state-level high-tech enterprises. Sichuan Jiuzhou Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. as a national broadcasting DTH of key units to undertake, charged with the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period the overall advancement of radio and TV DTH and implementation guarantee work.As a national key DTH, in varieties of materials, delivery schedule, cost control and risk it has unique strong control and other aspects, this puts forward higher requirement to the ability of the supplier. Especially combined with the characteristics of the project itself, DTH materials purchasing and supplier fully identify, formulate corresponding management strategy, can effectively improve the project management level, to achieve the expected goal. If the implementation of the plan can not be effective, will not be able to efficiently carry out the scientific management of the project supplier, enthusiasm is bound to strike or reduce supplier cooperation, greatly affect the realization of the entire project, and may even the default extension, cost overruns and customer cancellation etc..This paper aims to scientific management of Sichuan Jiuzhou Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. DTH supplier to supplier, value assessment and classification management as the means, promoted to business development and performance, exert a powerful control measures. This paper firstly uses the supplier location model is to identify and evaluate the supplier value; secondly, using the questionnaire form to perceive the suppliers, and establish the supplier perception model, so as to realize the classification management of suppliers value; finally, based on the supplier procurement price and supply risk management to achieve the control of the supplier value. This paper tightly around the supplier value management, carry out the control value evaluation, value of supplier classification management and value, and laid a good foundation for the suppliers to enhance the value of DTH.This paper focuses on the basic situation of DTH supplier, and the supplier value management work carried out in-depth analysis. Based on the both sides of supply and demand cooperation enthusiasm and attitude of quantitative analysis, and gradually explore the supply and demand sides of the goals and expected value direction to achieve, and thus targeted personalized management, finally, through the implementation of value control of suppliers to ensure the realization of the goal of the supplier value. Through the planning and implementation of control, good effect in the theory and method studied in this paper through the project in DTH, at the same time the implementation of the project value management supplier for enterprises played a good reference, it is based around both the common value goal as the starting point, the cooperation on the premise of mutual benefit, to promote efficient. The main contents of this paper is divided into seven parts.
