Police car information and spatial information are integraed, by monitoring police car in the spatial distribution and real-time operating conditions, analysis of its internal relations, rational allocation and scheduling of resources, in order to achieve the monitoring of police cars.The following content is including in this thesis: overview of domestic and international GPS, GIS technology development status and trends; research on the system, on the basis of the needs analysis, given the overall design of the police car monitoring system based on GPS-GIS, and system requirements analysisthe structures function the module summary of the hardware and software configuration, system database design, the key technologies are briefly described; achieve dynamic GPS data processing GPS signal access, conversion of GPS coordinates and a GPS receiver sends process; According to Fuzhou Bureaupavement 24-hour patrol of the police car needs, a vehicle cross-border algorithm, the vehicles parked analysis algorithm and the vehicle signal analysis algorithm are designed.
