The supervision of fire control is a kind of conscious and purposeful behavior and an active control by human beings. The booming economics and urbanization has being brought a series of new problems to the supervision of fire control, especially the information management and the efficient supervision, which are significant to preventing fire accidents and effective disposal after accidents. However more information based on artificial and simple collection of traditional way of fire supervision and management in response to the current city is on fire control safety requirements has been compromised. With the continuous development of society, and the progress of science and technology, information system technology is used more of fire control work, and become the enhance the level of urban fire safety management and fire prevention and control of social ability important guarantee, is the key to solve the problem of increasingly complex urban fire safety measures.In this paper, guided by the theories and methods of software engineering, the subject used by the analysis of the related theory and technology are reviewed, and research progress of domestic and foreign relevant fire protection supervision work theory and application developments of fire supervision information system has carried on the comparative analysis, to guide the development of this system. This design in deyang city local fire protection supervision work’s actual demand for the object, the detailed research analysis was carried out on the business requirements and communicate with relevant departments, on the basis of determining the design need to implement the key demand and function, according to the actual current unit, USES the C/S software architecture, with C # as development tool, developed deyang city fire supervision and management system, implements the supervision and inspection, acceptance of registration, fire investigation, main function modules of administrative punishment. Finally, for the main functions of the system tested in accordance with the method of software test, determine the system design and achieve the desired design requirements and performance indicators.
