Leading the future development of IT, Big data technology is recognized as a disruptive change of information systems. When enterprises consider the big data adoption, which characters will affect the decision process? This paper is based on information technology adoption theory TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment) and RBV(Resource-Based View),analyzing the influence of enterprises adoption on big data services by an empirical research. In this paper, we built a research model, including three levels and eleven variables on influence factors. At the organizational level, we combined Resource based view with TOE to put forwards 5 factors. Then we designed our questionnaire and completed our survey. Based on the reliability and validity of data, we used SPSS 19.0 multiple linear regression to test the relevant relations between the various variables and the adoption willingness, so as to test the hypothesis. The data analysis showed that the relative advantage, enterprises’resource and market competition affect enterprises’adoption most, followed by the senior leadership support, technical compatibility. Technology test, observing test and the size of enterprise slightly affect willingness. At present, the complexity of technology, market disturbance and government policy will not affect the intention to adopt big data. The results found that, although the enterprises have shown great enthusiasm for big data, few are implemented. This shows that big data technology is in the primary stage of development, which is urgently needed in the market. Finally, we summarized this research conclusions and developed some suggestions for the development of big data service on both service providers’and enterprises’view.
