Performance appraisal is every company’s daily homework, fair, open and impartial assessment, can mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, so that businesses and employees can be developed. Currently, the ascendant Information Revolution has become the driving age is an important factor in development. The use of advanced information technology to develop advanced information systems to the increasingly large company employees to conduct a fair and open assessment has become a trend of the times. Therefore, since 2003, with a professional enterprise performance management BPM(Business Performance Management) because the maturity of ERP and the rise. Its purpose is to generate massive amounts of data in the ERP system, analysis and selection of business development and decision-making success is closely related to the value of the data, and to develop a scientific and fair performance appraisal system on this basis, and this system implemented performance appraisal outcomes can contribute to achieve corporate strategic development goals. It can be said, BPM is one of the following ERP, enterprise systems most in need.In this thesis, the development and performance appraisal systems do a historical review of the role and full analysis of the performance appraisal system, the new era new features and functionality, and details of the solution. This paper is divided into seven sections: introduction, relevant technical presentations, requirements analysis, system and database design, system implementation and testing conclusions. Introduction section details the performance appraisal system development history and the characteristics of the East Fang Hongyang trading company. Related technical introductory section focuses on the implementation of the system and related technology selection basis. Requirements analysis, system and database design, system implementation and testing of the four parts of the East Fang Hongyang trading company performance appraisal system solutions. Finally, the concluding section on system development is the summary and the future prospects.The system is developed using Visual Studio 2005.NET development platform and SQL Server2005 database. Be Use in a distributed manner, is not only reducing development cost of the system, but also improving the maintainability and scalability of the system.Throgh combines the.NET technologies with the East Fang Hongyang company office mode, Design and development of a suitable for the development of the company’s performance appraisal system.
