Design And Implementation Of A New Generation Of Tianan Insurance Core Business System

Tianan insurance original simple business system has been unable to meet the actual job requirements. One is the original data standardization degree is lower, and the collection of large amounts of data has not been done, as well as the business view is constantly expanding, each branch and each business department’s data standards are not unified, the information can’t smooth circulation, exchange; Second, system is not standardized, for example, the original system has serious problems for the management of the customer information, customer service system, financial system, e-commerce system, etc. It caused serious bondage to the company’s current work and future development, at the same time it caused serious waste to the company’s operating costs. Insurance company core business system is based on profound understanding about industry, using a variety of advanced technology,Aimed at the challenges faced by insurance companies, comprehensive optimization and upgrade, greatly improved the enterprise’s the present situation of the product development, channel management, business operations, corporate data, and the value chain optimization, etc.Aimed at the above problems, this paper makes Tianan insurance in the core business as the main research object, based on the software engineering theory proposed Tianan insurance’s core business system’s overall design, and in combination with the depth analysis of the insurance industry’s core business and tianan insurance itself on the basis of the actual business situation to carry on the detailed discussion, design, development and testing for tianan insurance core modules in the core business system.Main completed the following work:1. This paper makes a though investigation on Tian’an Insurance Company’s existing business and the present situation of its existing business systems, then it makes a needs analysis of its core insurance business;2. Based on the software engineering theory, insurance business theory and practical operating experience of Tian’an Insurance Company, the present thesis discusses the basic part of the core insurance business system. Combining with the authors’ engineering experience, this paper puts forward the design process of core module in the core business system;3. This paper makes a detailed introduction and explanation of the related technology applied in the implementation process of core business system;4. Based on the analysis of the core module in the core business system of Tian’an Insurance Company,this thesis makes a detailed interpretation and explanation on design of a relational database, acceptance the shipping insurance,and the practical functions and code analysis of endoresments.5. This paper makes a functional and operational test on the insurance module coverage and endorsements;The insurance company is the focus of business data among the basic requirements for centralized management, namely centralized underwriting, claims and correcting, focus on risk control. Therefore, this article on how to and implementation of the insurance core business system by means of IT design are introduced in this paper.
