Design And Implementation Of The Network English Autonomous Learning Platform Based On Moodle

As the English becomes the norm worldwide, there is more and more demands in our life. Learning to learn become the survival and development needs. Therefore, the focus of our school education of foundation stage of education lies in the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning, ability of self-education, to let them learning to learn. The new curriculum reform encourages students to change their learning style, advocating the construction of "leading by the teacher, learning by yourself " autonomous learning mode. And now the autonomous learning mode in the network is the key research direction of Online Autonomous Learning.This thesis explores the ways to learn English, the methods and models of English learning at home and abroad, analyzes the current situation of our Autonomous English learning, to found some problems in our English teaching and learning from the Moodle(Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment) platform, so we can put forward the construction of a learning for teachers, researchers and other participants mutual exchanges, and jointly promote based on shared knowledge, tools, and the experience of the platform, with the help of the web-based autonomous learning platform, the influence of teachers will be improved in the depth and breadth, The learners can experience from cognition to in-depth exchanges to explore constantly revised even learning the knowledge innovation process.With analyzing and researching of Moodle platform, find out the advantages and disadvantages of English autonomous learning in the network, I use the method of software engineering to the design and implementation of the network English Autonomous Learning Platform Based on Moodle to improve our students’ English independent learning ability. In the English learning platform design and implementation include the following:1 Analysis and Research on the Moodle platform, the design and Realization of the platform is based on the Moodle, therefore, is essential for understanding and constructing method of Moodle platform, but also analyzing for the key technology platform for the development of Web-based Autonomous English learning.2 Using the object-oriented development method to analyze the construction of autonomous learning English network platform, and uses UML language to design English learning platform, analysis the feasibility of building, demand, sufficient preparation work platform of Autonomous English learning.3 Use flowcharts, code and implement interface diagram of three development important examples of English network autonomous learning platform several main function modules in the implementation of the method and process.4 Using general test methods for web-based autonomous English learning platform based on Moodle interface, function, performance and safety related testing, platform through the analysis of the test results of various performance and shortcomings.
