The Design And Implementation Of Community Management System

Since 2010, with the continuous development of government system informationization, it has become the main working way and the important method of the management. But as a new measure of the people’s basic community, it is still in the traditional model.In order to change word mode and satisfy the growing requirement of people, grassroots community working informationization is an inevitable trend.CASIC is a big military industry institutes, whose residents of the community are members of the space system. Because CASIC is self managed community, it has particularity, and other areas of community security. Combined with the actual environment of community, in order to improve the service quality of community residents, we design and develop a management application system which is used to manage community basic information and business procedures.This paper analysis through basic community daily office and citizen requirement. The system consists of six modules: resident information management module, community resource management module, benefit management module,interactive management module, system management module and common resident website. Resident information management module includes residency information management and personal information management. Community resource management module includes building management and community service facilities management.Benefit management module consists of special-care management, birth control management and employment services. Interaction management module mainly includes all kinds of community activities, as well as promote the development of residents of the recommendation system. The system management module mainly includes user rights management, network connection management, data backup and recovery. Common resident website mainly includes community residents’ browsing information, browsing community activities and so on.According to make electronic forms specification and collect the information of community citizen, combined the theory of C++ OO-Design, the system transform the handy working method to information-based office. Also the system use web to satisfy the requirement of citizen, with the architecture of c/s combining b/s, and use md5 encryption to improve the safety.This project not only promote the coordination work of basic community management and service, but also integrate the share of community resources.With the functional and non functional simulation testing, the system reaches the expected goal, works well and has been put into use in the institutions. Communitymanagement system provides an efficient and feasible solution for community management and service, and lay the foundation of the development of community information.
