At present in the development of ocean energy, in order to use the ocean energy effectively, we need to monitor the data of Sea Proving Ground for a long time. The monitoring data contain salinity, conductivity, seawater temperature, wave direction, wave height, etc. A large number of monitoring data are produced during the process of environmental monitoring. At the same time, the generating devices generate a lot of electrical monitoring data. Many kinds of the monitoring data are growing exponentially. For the hard-won monitoring data, we need to store these data quickly and efficiently. However, the current ocean data management system has low data visualization, poor scalability, which is unable to cope with the dynamic changes of platforms and instruments.In order to integrate and manage the monitoring data of Sea Proving Ground effectively, this paper designs and implements Sea Proving Ground Comprehensive Data Integration and Management System, which using hierarchical structure and based on the analysis of the existing data management system. Firstly, according to the requirements of the system, this paper designs the overall architecture and topology of the system. The system is divided into data receiving layer, data management layer and data application layer. Data receiving layer function is responsible for monitoring data parsed and stored in the database. In the paper, the system defines the standard monitoring data file format. When the platforms and instruments of system change, the system can automatically access platforms and instruments through analyzing standard monitoring data file. We can avoid the user to configure the instruments manually or modify the source code. Data management function is responsible for providing web service interface for data application layer to access the monitoring data in the database. Data application layer is divided into map navigation display, data curve display, data profile display, data rose display, data display list, data download, equipment configuration, and other platform information. Secondly, this paper designs the data receiving layer, data management layer, data application layer. Finally, the paper implements Sea Proving Ground Comprehensive Data Integration and Management System. The System uses c/s software architecture, which takes oracle as the backstage database and provides access to database through web service.The system can receive, storage and visualize the monitoring data, which allows users to observe the changes of monitoring data more intuitive, providing the powerful data supports for improving the performance of the generating devices. Monitoring data in the database are encrypted to ensure the security of ocean data. The system defines the standard monitoring data file format, and can access platforms and instruments automatically. The system is able to deal with the increasing equipments of sea proving ground, which has good scalability and provides certain reference significance to other data management system.
