With the implementation of the State Grid Corporation SG186 project, Electric Power Information System setup is much more enhanced. The system has covered multiple specific working areas including production, planning and logistics management, etc. It had significantly improved the work efficiency of basic master data and operating data analysis.By now, most of the electric power companies of city and city below levels had established unified data center. But due to data cannot be real-time shared among different work process management systems, and some of the systemic data servers are located in provincial electric power company, the whole information system cannot provide a holistic information query analysis service. This became a barrier of information transaction. So, electric power companies are urged to consolidate data from different systems to improve the quality and efficiency of information application.On the basis of the current information system operating status of electric power companies, the overall platform application applied the typical B / S three-tier structure, so that the client side can be convenient to be compatible with all browsers. In the database aspect, the mature data warehouse ODS of the State Grid Corporation is applied. Design concept of the Bazaar model is shown. Implementation of the ETL process through PowerCenter, realized data sharing, query and data demo in chart functions among different work process systems. This successfully resolved the problem of information silos.This comprehensive data information center-data query and analysis platform system had been put into use. Currently the system is operating normally. The query, analysis and demo function can meet the performance targets. The system had provided a user friendly information platform to end users in every different work processes in electric power companies. End users had a satisfactory feedback to the overall system performance.
