Tourism e-government system is the development of network technology service system, which maximizes the use of the information flow to transform and accelerate the traditional government model. Due to the rapidly development of IT technology, endlessly variety of new technologies, more and more new technologies taking into account the e-government system, which e-government has changed as an increasingly numbers of important. Then, this study focused on the Huizhou city’s travelling of e-government system ‘s to do a probably analysis and design.Firstly, this study combined status of e-government management of the Huizhou government to put forward the demand to combine the tourism e-government is to put forward the corresponding requirements, establish the detailed analysis and task segmentation and improve the functional requirements of the e-government system, the establishment of the use case analysis and relationship needs analysis based on the determination of project tasks, broken down into demand function and the need to complete the task.
