Design And Implementation Of Ampus Real-time Management Information System Based On Creator And Vega

With the spread of computer technology and information technology, the rapid development of the school’s information which vigorously promote the school informatization construction. The thesis mainly designs a real-time management information system of the campus based on Creator/Vega. From gathering user requirements, complete system requirements analysis to the final coding implementation and functional testing, it realizes the function of the system. The main work summarized as follows:(1) Through the analysis of the research background, combined with the needs of customers, know the effect in real time management information system in this paper, the organizational structure and determine the principle of system development, has been clear about the system development process and the use of the main development tools.(2) To determine the specific requirements of the system. Analyzed the real-time management information system of the campus based on Creator/Vega. There are four main subsystems on the function demand, the general teaching management subsystem, financial management subsystem and subsystem of the schedule. The function that is associated with visual, to realize the linkage between the subsystems.(3)Design and implement the campus management platform in real time. The system scheme is determined. For the overall system design first, and then from the function module division, database design and the main algorithm design of campus roaming environment, educational administration management subsystem, financial management subsystem and subsystem and the implementation schedule is prepared. Roaming on campus environment on the basis of each subsystem can be related to the teaching, office and other places to locate, query information and related personnel workload.(4) Design the fourteen functional test cases, one was tested, and verified the running stability and reliability of the system, and meet the design requirements.This paper has realized the campus roaming, educational finance such as real-time management, and other basic functions, can satisfy the campus management modernization and improve the management level and application of basic needs.
