Customer relationship management system can help companies manage customer information, can effectively prevent the loss of customers. With higher level of awareness of customer relationship management, customer relationship management system will gradually be accepted by more and more enterprises. Driven by the competition, in order to expand market share and improve customer satisfaction, enterprises will generate a large demand of customer relationship management system. With the popularization of industrial applications, beauty industry has also appeared in a large number demand of customer relationship management applications.This thesis is targeted at above needs and sets customer relationship management system of beauty salon design and implementation as the main object of study. On the basis of in-depth analysis of customer relationship management system, this thesis carried out a detailed analysis and research on the design architecture and implementation. As follows:1. According to the characteristics of beauty salon customer relationship systems and business needs, the beauty salon business customer relationship system is divided into four different subsystems. They are business operational management, customer collaboration management, data analysis and management, information technology management. The division method can take into consideration beauty salon customer relationship management system business requirements and the actual situation, to ensure the development of the system not only able to cover a wide customer relationship management system general beauty salon and able to adapt to the actual needs of the beauty salon2. Object-oriented analysis and design methods are used and a variety of modeling tools are used to analyze the entire system. In the requirements analysis phase use case diagram is used to analysis system business scope and to establish the function model of the system. In systems analysis and design phase static structure and dynamic behavior are analyzed and are presented by class diagrams and UML activity diagram. In the logical database design and physical design phase ERWin is used and the tool can automatically transform the logical model to physical model by using forward engineering methods.3. In the implementation phase an AJAX framework Extjs is used as the client interface design and implement tool. Through asynchronous loading of communication technology the system not only can achieve an efficient communication but also greatly improves the user experience. Source code is in strict accordance with Huawei C# coding standards and some of the key code is given as examples. In system implementation phase a three-tier architecture model for development is used, so that the system architecture is clear, and system development efficiency can be improved by using the architecture.At present, the system has been put into operation, from the point of application, the use of the system to improve customer service quality, enhance the revenue of beauty salon has a significant role.
