With the rapid development of the national economy,the scale of China’s growing power, power equipment and more complex, it is dependent on the power resources are increasingly high power companies face a huge and complex power supply network facilities,how integration of these power resources to effectively manage these space resources,improve management decision-making power companies, in order to protect economic development,electricity is a major challenge facing the enterprise production management personnel.The purpose of this paper is to study the power of information sharing and the development of GIS-based management system, relying on powerful data storage GIS and spatial analysis capabilities to provide rich support for the spatial data management and sharing of power resources, the power of large and complex information collection, store, analysis and fast processing, provided by the network to quickly share information with departments provincial power companies and municipal power companies, do real-time for each department in a timely manner, accurate, full power of information and spatial characteristics provide decision support for power management, improve work efficiency and scientific level power management.Papers from home and abroad to share the power of information and management research and development, and expounds the current power sharing and managing information gaps and significance of research and development of GIS information sharing and power management system based on analysis of the current existence of the power of information sharing and management problem and proposed solution ideas then, the technical and theoretical information sharing and management overview, information sharing and the development of power management systems based GIS provides a theoretical basis, Finally, this paper combines the Guangdong Power antifouling geographic Information systems development practices, specifically describes the design and implementation of information sharing and management of the power system.
