The Design And Implementation Of The Logistics Management System Of Shenyang Conservatory Of Music

With the continuous development of information technology, more and more work can be processed by computer software system. Such software systems can improve staff’s efficiency. Aiming at the logistics management in Shenyang Musical Institution, the paper describes a new system which can realize the logistics management, improve the staff’s working efficiency, relieve them form the complicated work and make the leaders well known about its working process.The design and realization of the logistics system involving ASP, NET technology, SQL SERVER database and B/S three-tier architecture. What’s more, the realized modules include systematic management, occupancy management, personnel management, students’ information management, daily management, as well as dormitory management. First of all, the paper introduces the current researching situation both abroad and at home, together with its researching significance. Secondly, the key technologies used in the system development are also introduced. Thirdly, the paper does a detailed analysis about the requirements of the logistics management. Finally, after designing and realizing the system, a necessary test is carried out, which turns out that the new system can satisfy all the requirements.The paper realized the following tasks:Based on the needs of the logistics management in Shenyang Musical Institution, the paper carries out a thorough analysis of the needs, based on which a new logistics management system is formed with the foundation of three-tier architecture. The next step is to hold a test on the realization of the system.According the system’s requirements, it can be divided into six parts. As the first part, the management module is mainly supposed to manage the characters and right limits; next is the personnel management part, which is obviously refers to the management about the staff and the departments; aiming to realize the management of rooms and checking-in, the following session is called dormitory management module; students’ information management focuses on students’ information controlling; the final module is named as daily management part, which consists of e-mail function and schedule management function.After all these efforts mentioned above, the system is tested to prove that it can satisfy all the requirements of the logistics management, increasing the staff’s working efficiency as a result.
