It greatly improves the efficiency of medical and health work with the help of informationization, network technology, cloud computing platform, and Microsoft.NET platform development technology. This system covers every aspects of medical security, and is used to solve various problems in daily management according to industry features for retired cadres. It integrates all the business in daily work management on a platform, and realizes the information network business association, process monitoring, strict inventory management, instant messaging service and management efficiency.The inner set is based on XML data and the upper military network data transmission system. Data collection, storage, statistics, and summary are of great convenience, and are easy to query. In this way, it eliminates the need for a large number of tedious manual report and makes it possible for provincial departments in charge to view each retired cadres’ data easily. With the application of the system, paper archives are no longer need to be reported. In other words it greatly saves the time and expense. It is a perfect solution to the problem of transparency and efficiency in statistics and reporting process.
