Accompany with the increasing number of Internet customer and the steady development of electronic business technology, shopping on line is being a normal consume habit of civil consumer. Meanwhile, the rapid growing and maturing of the cultural and physical market brings with the development of the related ticket industry and of course lots of challenges from market. The ticket selling of Beijing 2008 Olympic game left abundant experience for civil ticket market. After this Olympic period, our civil ticket system should be improved to a united ticket service and technology platform level for better inheriting the Olympic heritage and satisfying the Beijing city government's need}f unifying Beijing ticket market. So now, our purpose is to construct a ticket dealing platform based on WEB and settle the peak visit and better service problem appropriately.This dissertation analyzes the general need of ticket platform, according to the development of current ticket market, designs the big and comprehensive business platform model, which served for all kinds of related ticket industries, and settles some problems need to be resolved:●Excogitating a new ticket platform's model, which is based on cloud computing and is designed according to the two typical applications models. Cloud computing affords the share basic construction that can share great capacity resource and be supplied to final customer, then the bottle-neck problem of resource share and ticket platform development met in the process of constructing huge electronic business platform. The platform architecture is divided into manage subsystem and client desktop subsystem, and the design method of combining B/S with smart client end would band their advantages together to adapt different needs from entrepreneur and ordinary clients.●Contriving the server distribution method based on statistics, and load balance technology based on NAT (Network Address Translation), that can make the hardware construction of ticket platform carry the capacity of sudden peak visit.●Optimizing service by seamless switching on/off line and intellectual updating aim at the two subsystem client's different needs, which then expedite the response speed, and improve the service quality for entrepreneur and ordinary clients.
