Design And Implementation Of Higher Vocational Employment Information System Based On PHP

In recent years, with the continuous expansion of enrollment of graduates of higher vocational colleges, a sharp increase in the number of higher vocational colleges, employment department to process the information the rapid expansion. Therefore, the traditional manual way of dealing with information can not meet the growing demand for graduates in information processing, but the current employment existing information system mainly uses C/S structure, update the slow, poor versatility, to further expand the business. With the rapid development of information technology and network technology, the campus network construction, the relationship between the Department of employment, all higher vocational colleges and enterprises is becoming more and more closely. In the "not assigned, self employment, appointment" two-way choice and competition environment, higher vocational colleges in addition to further deepening the reform of education and teaching, the method still needs to improve employment environment and the way of work, in order to let the graduates go to work, need to do a good job of graduate employment service, do a good job and business matchmaking role. The use of higher vocational employment information system of Internet technology to build the management and analysis of higher vocational graduates will become the trend of the times.In view of this, this paper in order to solve the problems appeared in the employment information management, combined with the Department of employment work function, construct a employment information management platform, puts forward the solution of the vocational college students employment information system, the design of a PHP and FMS based on Streaming Media Technology in Higher Vocational employment information system. This paper first analyses the demand of the higher vocational college employment business, mainly due to higher vocational employment services for graduates and the user is unit, the employer recruitment business process analysis, which describes the employing units and graduates of the case. Secondly, the system architecture design, system detailed design and database design. Then based on the detailed design of the system, introduces the communication of overall system and PHP and FLASH, also introduces the realization of video interview and related functions, discusses the realization of video interview room voice and text communication, streaming media broadcast the realization and the FMS server program.The system after Qingyuan Polytechnic employment office use, the results show that the system can effectively alleviate the employment center in Higher Vocational College staff’s burden, real-time tracking of the employment situation of graduates employment rate statistics, to avoid some errors and omissions to human management, and effectively solve the higher vocational college graduates employment and recruitment problems related with the employer.
