With the continuous renewal of emerging technology such as Internet, smart home industry also got rapid development, and it is rapidly penetrated into every aspect of people’s daily lives. In the whole system of it, smart home control system is the core module, which effectively controls all aspects of the smart home, to provide users in center with personalized, comfortable living services in family. As the increasing requirement of the life quality, the market demand for smart home is bigger and bigger, therefore, to provide a comprehensive, convenient, and effective smart home control system is also becoming increasingly important. So far, the pioneers have smart home control system from various perspectives to carry on the research and design, and these work makes it has been successfully applied in family.Although smart home control system has been good in real life applications, but it still exists two main problems: Firstly, Smart home system is a passive system, which is driven with human behavior, by receiving the instruction for the corresponding operation. So it will not provide the corresponding services in no instruction. The other, smart home system cannot provide discriminating services actively based on the living environment for discriminating service. The living environment is constantly changing. However it is difficult for the system to provide intelligent services dynamically according to the changing environment. Therefore, this paper designs a kind of smart home control system, by using ZigBee technology, machine learning technology, web technology. To a certain extent, this solves the shortcomings above of smart home system. The main work is as follows:1. Propose home networking and home environment data collection methods based on ZigBee technology. Meanwhile, define a method of data collection and transmission in the underlying network structure of ZigBee technology. Finally it is using distributed platform Hbase for data storage and management. The core feature of this method to gather the user’s timely home information(including temperature, humidity, user behavior, etc.), and send these data through theZigBee network to the storage center(Hbase) in security and accurately. This will facilitate data analysis and mining.2. Proposed User satisfaction prediction algorithm based on machine learning algorithm. The algorithm consists of two sub algorithms: one is based on logistic regression; the other is based on online learning. The two sub algorithms analyze and process the data in the platform, to mine user satisfaction model for the home environment with the method of machine learning. By this method it can take the initiative to master user satisfaction on the current home environment, which also makes the system according to different home environments to provide users with active differential intelligence services, to the dynamic smart effect.3. Finally, the paper proposes a web smart home control system based on ZigBee technology. Give concrete design scheme from the aspects of data collection, mining, control and so on. The design makes the dynamic smart home control system.
