With the rapid development of public transport, there have been more serious energy shortage and environmental degradation in the world. Therefore, in order to alleviate these problems, many countries are seeking to develop CNG(Compressed Natural Gas) technology around the world.Currently, the major bus company and taxi companies in Chengdu have basically completed the upgrading of CNG vehicles, which has played a certain role in mitigation of Chengdu’s environmental pollution phenomenon. However, with the rapid development of the public transport network in Chengdu, in the process of CNG updating, there have been arising a lot of problems, including CNG stations point management confusion, poor information integration and sharing of aerated efficiency and so on.In order to solve the above problems, the Traffic Management Department of Chengdu joint with the China Institute of Technology proposed the plan of software development project with CNG vehicle refueling public transport peaking project management system. As a member of the project team to the system as the research object, the author introduces the design and implementation of the system according to the theory and methodology of software engineering in detail. The main contents of this thesis include the following aspects:(1) The analysis of theoretical basis: this thesis firstly introduces theoretical basis of the system related to the design and implementation process, including the comparative analysis of the common architecture(B/S and C/S) network program, TCP / IP communications technology, DELPHI development technology, SQL Server 2000 database development technologies, etc.(2) System Requirements Analysis: this thesis analysis the demand of system from the user’s point of demand in detail, including an overview of the whole system functional requirements, requirements analysis and various functional modules non-functional requirements of the system, etc.(3) System design: on the base of the analysis of system requirements, this thesis introduces the design works of system, including the system design principles, the overall function of frame design, detailed design and functional modules, such as database systems design, etc.(4) System implementation and deployment: based on the system design work, this thesis introduces the system implementation process of the three core functional modules, and the screenshots of system’s core function module, finally introduces the process of system installation and deployment methods in detail.The research work in this thesis not only includes the system-related theoretical analysis, but also includes the details of the implementation process of system implementation, which has certain reference value in the development process of urban CNG public transport system in China.
