Design And Implementation Of Zhangzhou Polytechnic Vocational College Admissions Management System

To meet the needs of enrollment and employment management work, an enrollment and employment management information system is formulated to be oriented to various types of students and to cover all links in student enrollment and employment management with the application of advanced designing philosophies and development technologies. The system is an effective solution to a range of practical problems such as incomplete information filling, imperfect supervision mechanism, untimely statistical work and so on and it aims to manipulate and manage the whole process of enrollment and employment work, thereby improving the quality of the enrolled students and the graduates’ employment rate.With the help of the unified modeling language, this thesis, with the objectoriented concept in mind, analyzes and designs the related business in the process of enrollment and employment management. According to the characteristics of the system and the user, this system has applied B/S structure mode, hierarchical software architecture, struts+spring system architecture based on MVC, the programming language Java, the XML configuration and the DAO, Hibemate and other related technologies to fulfill the work of enrollment and employment management, including enrollment catalogue maintenance, registration information, recruitment activities arrangement, recruitment information distribution and so on.This thesis has applied the E-R diagram to describe the related concept models, and presented the related tables design in the database. Finally, it has also offered the solution to the file upload and download as well as to the problem of Chinese coding. At present, the system has been run on trial and proved to be exerting some effect on the improvement of the efficiency of school enrollment information management and graduates’ employment management.
