The Design And Implementation Of Process-oriented Teaching Management System In Pre-service Training

The process-oriented teaching management system in pre-service training is mainly to collect plenty of data information in process-oriented teaching activities in pre-service training in order to evaluate the teaching quality in pre-service training through statistical analysis. The entire system reflects the term "process", namely, students’ "learning", teachers’ "teaching" and experts’ "management". In the process of the design of this system, the process-oriented evaluation and performance is focused on to systematically combine "teaching, learning and management" with the help of the simple functions of analysis and statistics, the formation of a scientific and rational system of process evaluation. Through the three processes the teaching practice management in pre-service training in Chengde Petroleum College is to be perfected and the quality of teaching pre-service training is to be improved.With regard to the reality of pre-service training in Chengde Petroleum College, this paper attempts to establish the distinctive process-oriented management system in pre-service training for our college applying the three-tier structure industrialized software development model of based on B/S and the ASP.NET+SQL Server 2005 development platform. The system mainly consists of five parts, namely, the subsystem of the management of students’ process-oriented learning, the subsystem of the management of teachers’ process-oriented teaching process, the subsystem of experts’ checking and monitoring of process-oriented teaching, the subsystem of statistics and analysis and the subsystem of system management which reflects the "four service" that is to provide services for students to learn, to provide support services for teachers teaching, to provide information and efficient services for experts to monitor teaching activities in pre-service training, and to provide digital storage services for the accumulation of pre-service training teaching materials.The system is involved in ASP.NET technology, SQL database technology, WEB2.0 technology, AJAX technology and rich client technology and so forth. With respect to safety design, MD5 encrypted storage is used concerning the key process-oriented grade data;.NET is involved in providing encryption services for URL and Cookie. Concerning the design and implementation of multi-user roles, user access rights is brought in which not only considers the mutual "isolation" among students, experts and teachers but also fully embodies the mutual "connection" and "interaction” among the three. The system and the Serv-U software are united systematically for students or teachers to upload files with the help of such network storage, cloud storage. The design and implementation of the system is in line with the desired objectives, which achieves the networking, information technology, process technology, normalization, integration and diversity of the pre-service training practice teaching management, and make due contributions to a conservation-oriented campus. The system which will bring a number of advantages such as the simple and easy deployment, the simple and good interface, the complete function, the stable and reliable running, the low requirements on customers, the low maintenance cost and so forth, and the promotion and application will be prospective.
