Artillery Brigade The Design And Implementation Of Equipment Management Information System

With the wide application of information technology in the military field, the form of waris happening changes in turn the world upside down, the information war gradually replaced by mechanized warfare, informatization artillery weapon equipment is more and more high. The information equipment needs to be efficient, reliable management, to prepare for the military struggle in the new period, improve the abilityof our artillery information warfare, is necessary for our innovative management methods and means, strengthening information management of artillery weapons and equipment.This paper focuses on the management innovation of artillery weapons and equipment, through the design of an artillery equipment information management system to raise the level of artillery information management, put forward a feasible scheme for the convenience of army weapons and equipment management staff. Thissystem combines equipment management, repair and maintenance management, equipment purchase and waste management and other functions, the basic coverage of the current equipment management daily work. Through careful dissection and analysis of artillery weapon equipment daily work, seriously study the feasibilityanalysis of artillery equipment information management system and demand analysis,put forward a set of equipment management system based on UML modeling design,the design of the system function modules and database structure, the databasedevelopment tool DELPHI, and strong but easy to develop ACCESS database for datalink access, through the interface design and program design of large, complete the basic frame of the system.This paper studies the realization of the artillery weapon equipment information management related theory problems, weapons and equipment information management system of artillery system modeling their opinions are put forward. According to the content of the artillery weapon equipment information management, characteristics and principles of the artillery weapon equipment information management system model is established, the design of the artillery weapon equipment management information system, the software had been applied to the related equipment management department.
