Finally, to clarify the need for a software system testing and test process, test error classification and testing methods used are described. And system performance testing, usability testing, and security testing results was described.Real estate enterprise cost management system has played a positive and important role in improving cost management level, reducing the cost of real estate constuction project and improving enterprise profitability. But with the growing competition in the market, the level of corporate governance requirements will continue to increase, enterprise cost management information need to constantly work to deepen and advance. Big data, cloud computing and other new technology in the real estate business cost management is an important direction for future research.
