Design And Realization Of HR Management System Based On P-CMM

Along with the global economic recovery, the internal organizational structure of the enterprise is undergoing a dramatic transition, and the human resources of enterprises become the key to the development of the enterprise, then thecompetitionof human resourcehas become a very important part of enterprise competition.At the same time,the rapid development of information technology brings to human resources management development opportunities. Timeliness, convenience and accuracy of the information technologycan provide service to the human resources management.More and more companies use information technology to achieve the enterprise internal human resource management. Under this environment, this thesis uses Java technology to design and implement a human resources management system based on the P-CMM(People Capability Maturity Model).How to effectively manage the human resources of the enterprise has always been a management problem which enterprises concern. Today with rapid development in information technology, how to use the advanced information technology to manage the human resources information is a hot issue for many scholars.From the following aspects, the thesis studies the issue:1. Study of the P-CMM model. In-depth study is needed for the achieving function of a model of the system development through the theoryabout the human resource management.2. Study the key technology for system implementation. MVC model is the classic design mode for Webdevelopment.it is used as a system of design pattern becauseit divides the system structure into three parts of model, view and controller,which reduces the degree of coupling among them,and is good for the development, expansion, maintenance of project.3. Study the Struts framework. In order to improve the efficiency of project development, the system uses the lightweight Struts2 framework for development.4. Study the main function of the system by coding.And use the the Jmeter to test the system.Through the above aspects ofresearch content, the thesis researchs the human resources management system from the theory and practical aspects.The designed human resource management can provide service for the enterprise which stands at the managed level.
