Inventory Management And Human Resources Management Research And Development In ERP

With the continuous development of computer network technology and gradually increasing level of enterprise information building, there is a growing market need for integration of both the latest computer technology and modern management thinking of a new type of integrated management system software - ERP (Enterprise Resource Plan) system.This project is the component of Shanxi Jingyang Coal Group information project. After a detailed analysis and research of Shanxi Jinyang Coal Group's business, proposing the general framework of the system analysis and design and introducing the design pattern based on the introduction of the Model - View - Control (MVC), at the same time, choosing Struts framework as a form of the realization of MVC for the creation and implementation of ERP systems. The paper describes the inventory and humanresource management in the ERP from the different persperctives. Inventory management module focuses on demand forecasts by use of neural networks BP,which is also the focus of this paper as well as innovative and difficult points. Inventory management introduced an improved method of inventory ABC inventory management, which effectively saves funds. At the same time,the paper research on human resources management, gives its functional requirements analysis, data dictionary and database table structure design and optimization visit.Overall, the system can really solute the management efficiency problem in the process of enterprise development, at the same time, it is a successful attempt for the traditional industry information transformation represented by the coal industry. Practice shows that the system running stable, good scalability and compatibility.
