| The community-level Party organization management is the focus of Sichuan Art Vocational College’s Party affairs. This work is co-ordinated by the personal department.The management implements to every party member.Both the party members and the community-level Party organization contain teachers and students.The big fluidity of students and the mass data processing increased the difficulty of specific management.Previously,the personal department used OFFICE,that is documents sending by Word, data communicating by Excel.Though it is simple,summarization of data became an difficult problem to solve.Besides, data updating can’t feedback to personal department in time. Thus,this work style can not adapt the present work any more.In recent years,computer networks, software development and database technology have developed rapidly.Therefore,how to apply advanced computer technology into the community-level Party Organization of Sichuan Art Vocational College becomes an important issue for consideration.According to the present situation of community-level Party organization,this paper proposes developping a management system platform by the computer network and information technology. Startting with the businesses of the personal department and the requirements of the system,we design the main function and the database of the system. Then, we draw class diagram and E-R diagram based on UML modeling.In the process of researching and developping of the system, we designed package diagram,analyze the class and the relation of classes of the system by using the Object-Oriented programing ideas.In this paper,we choose B/S developping mode which benefits making use of network environment and convenient to users’ accession.We use VS 2010 as developing tool,ASP.NET for dynamic webpage programming and SQL Server 2008 enterprise version for database management.Above all,this paper has done the system test.The system achieves efficient management to the community-level Party organization. |
