With the rapid development of computer software technology and network technology,more and more problems can be solved by computer software system,as well as in the field of party affairs information management.To carry out efficient party affairs management,it is necessary to manage all kinds of information of Party members.But at present,the development of Party member information management system is relatively slow.In Shanxi Vocational and Technical College of Light Industry,Party member management still adopts the mode of manual registration and document management,which cannot meet the needs of the development of the times.Therefore,an informationalized party affairs information management system is urgently needed in party affairs management to meet the current needs of party affairs management.Party affairs information management system mainly refers to the software system for the management of related information of Party members,including Party member management,organizational structure management,Party fee management,party organization continuation,inflow,outflow,organizational activity,joining party and other management functions,aiming at providing a kind of management means which is convenient,effective and informationalized,and can achieve long-term data preservation and management.This paper combines the current situation of the development of party information management in Shanxi Vocational and Technical College of Light Industry,and deeply discusses the research situation of party information management.Starting with the demand analysis,divide the system modules into several modules,including Party member management,activity management,training management,party fee collection management and other functional modules.After the function module design is completed,the database design of the system is carried out.Then,the system is implemented and tested.The system is developed in Java language,the database is Oracle database,and the system is developed based on B/S mode.After a full test of each module of the system,it shows that the system meets the current management requirement of party affairs information managenment for the party organizations of our college,and it is an efficient and informationalized party affairs information management system.
