With the rapid development and wide application of modern information technology, it has become the mainstream of the world today, whichhas a huge influence on all aspects of social life. However, there are still many problems in the use of large medical equipment, such as a long-term in idle or excessive use of the equipment which lead to a low efficiency, and themanagement is also lack of standardization and the policy for regular recondition, which can greatly affected the normal use of major medical equipment, as well as some hospitals in the purchase of a large medical device does not have the relevant medical personnel who has no protection awareness, resulting in the use of unreasonable hospital medical equipment.To make limited resourcesto get better and more effectively use in hospital, this article exploit a software to provide better use of medical equipment in Python.The system is developed based on Django framework, and its server developed based on the popular Bootstrap framework. The system mainly consists of four types of users: the system administrator, the administrator of equipment, equipment repair personnel and third parties. Among them, the system administrator is to complete the management of user information, system maintenance and system settings three functions; device manager to complete maintenance of equipment management and related information; equipment repair technician is mainly to complete equipment repair and repair information input function. The core module of the system is the equipment benefit analysis module, the equipment information collection module and management module is the foundation of equipment.In this paper,after analyzing the costof large equipment in the hospital, we propose the benefit analysis models of large medical equipment. Equipment efficiency include the economic benefits that equipment directly generate, and indirectly affective technical benefit and social benefit. In this model, data acquisition and analysis is the key. Among them, the data acquisition equipment, including basic information of equipment, equipment to return data diagnosis and treatment items consumables, equipment maintenance, equipment, material consumption and equipment related wages; data analysis to establish the evaluation standard.We use the actual motion data as foundation and the synthesis analysis as model to explore the intrinsic link between theoretical and practical. By excavation the various data, we can see how it works on the status of major medical equipment, usage, input and output, and cost-benefit analysis, and it also reflect the actual usage of the device, the actual cost-effectiveness, which can provide a reliable theoretical basis to support our hospital to solve or improve the value of medical equipment problems, and provide guidance for integrated management of large medical equipment in future.
