The Human Resources Information Management System Based On PHP Technology Design And Implementation

The rapid development of computer software technology brought convenience and benefit for the industry information management, human resource management is a big project, each big enterprise or business unit has a special human resources information management system. Human resources information management system based on the practical needs of the business, to help the rational allocation of unit interior personnel,personnel planning, management job transfer, etc., according to staff capacity flexible management personnel, by improving the internal employee loyalty and satisfaction,improve employee performance, reduce the manpower cost to create more economic benefits for the company.This theses is based on PHP development platform, using the SSH framework,from a company’s human resources information management according to the actual demand of the requirement analysis and system design, finally achieved a human resources information management system. Through the function, performance testing,meet the practical needs of the company and stable operation, the system has reached the expected goal. In this thesis, the main contributions are as follows:First, the using the object-oriented thought to demand analysis and system design.The company on based on the actual needs of from the user’s perspective, considering the company in the actual operation of the requirements of the personnel system, a detailed requirements analysis. Starting from the demand, carries on the system architecture design and practical architecture scheme is put forward. System includes rights management, department management, log management, recruitment management, contract management, payroll management, attendance management and performance management, and other key management module.Second, the many rights management role. Human resources information fusion of the corporate sector a variety of roles, in order to guarantee system of information security and management convenience, this thesis puts forward the human resources information management system according to the different roles in the strict access control, makes the system possess management extensibility.Third, the system test of strict. On the interface, function, performance of the system of the professional test, including unit testing, functional module testing,integration testing and performance test. Test results show that the system can be applied to a real company to manage the personnel information.
