In today’s highly developed information technology era, to realize network interconnection and information sharing is the trend of development, to establish office automation system(hereinafter OA system) is also the inevitable trend of development of enterprises. OA system,which is combined with the product of the modern enterprise management theory and information technology, is a systems engineering. It’s a process which makes office process to information-integration. The essence are optimization and restructuring the enterprise organization structure and business process, breakthrough restrictions of time and space realized, and improving the management efficiency and management level. OA system of our country starts relatively late. After entering 21 st century, it gradually applied in enterprise. And different industries, huge difference among enterprises. Both hardware and software can’t keep up with the needs of enterprise development. Additionally, emphasis on OA system is also insufficient. It leads to delay enterprise information construction, and influence on process of enterprise’s OA.TDG is a high-tech enterprise which is dedicated to the global clean technology innovation and development. Due to the development of the electronic office applications, TDG’s existing office processing technology already cannot satisfy the needs of online office. OA system construction of TDG is still in its infancy. The company’s internal office handling is largely depended on OFFICE software, without independent office system. In the information resource sharing and integration is still lacking. These are great influence on company’s decision-making and management efficiency, so it’s urgent need to develop a unified OA system. This topic aims at TDG’s actual situation, analyzes the existing problems of office system, and research implementation scheme of OA system. Base on in-depth investigation of TDG, I communicate with corporate office staff and managers, and study the technology and solution of OA system carefully. According to TDG’s actual situation, proposed the construction goal of OA system, analyzed feasibility of system, functional requirements and non-functional requirements, the system is divided into five functional modules which are document management, bulletin management, meeting management, personal transaction management and system management. During system design, according to design principle of software engineering “high cohesion, low coupling”,the overall framework design of system is completed, each functional module and database of system are designed detailedly.OA system, based on B/S structure, is realized through using ASP.NET technology, and the performance of system is tested. System in practical applications can meet the actual requirements of TDG’s office work, and deal with document management, bulletin management,meeting management, personal affairs management and other office activities, and also business process operation effectively. Because of OA system application, TDG’s office efficiency has been greatly improved and the cost greatly reduced. Achieve the expected goal.
