In recent years, with the rapid development of the higher education in our country, there are continual increasing scien-tech projects and emerging scien-tech achievement in higher schools. And with the rapid advancement in scien-tech, the projects and the outcome of network and information management plays an exetremely important role to enhance the comprehensive strenghth for higher schools. Scientific research is a way to power the school and the scien-tech level embodys the strength and represents the image of the school as well. However, the rapid development of scientific research makes the task for scientific administration section heavier and heavier, which not only increases the workload of scientific but also the difficulty of their work. If the administration could not keep up, it would not be able to grasp the state of scientific research with the high school timely and accurately, and would not be able to track or lead the development of the cutting-edge high-tech world.High school is the place which scientific research institutions and researchers are relatively concentrated in our country. The teachers in high school often assume scientific research work, such as scientific research projects, scientific research task and wirting papers, in addition to some teaching work. These are not only a great affirmation to their work but also provide a much more favorable basis for constituting the policy to the title of technical post and incentive in each high schools. For this reason, I have done a in-depth and detailed investigation and study to scientific and research work in Liaoyang Professional Technology Institute which is based on my profession and reference function of scientific research information system in other coequal acdemies, and finally estabish the goals: The Scientific Research Information Management System of Liaoyang Professional Technology Institute, which will completetly analyse the system performance, input and output, data management, fault treatment, etc. in order to meet the needs of scientific research management in our institue as much as possible.The purpose of this system are the following.(1) Advocacy paperless office to save the cost of scientific research management;(2) Breakthroughs in scientific research information management at the time and space constraints, to improve efficiency;(3) Providing convenient and fast consulting platform on scientific research information for each functional departments in the institute and realizing the sharing of resources;(4) Rapid and convenient classified calculation of the total annual amount of scientific research of each department for providing a basis for constituting the policy on scientific research to achieve the macro-control on overall scientific research state of the institute;(5) Trying to set up a bridge between enterprises and high schools and to provide a platform for converting the achievements in scientific research.The design of the system is: multi-layer software architecture, unified identity, as well as based on B/S data show, based on the campus network / the Internet for high school to provide advanced scien-tech management, practical information management platform. As the system involves a larger amount of data that need to store on the server, so the system model using C/S model, that is, client/ server model of the structure. System administrators use a dedicated client to achieve safe and reliable management and the control of smart-volume data processing, scientific research and technology managers to use the browser through the gateway to the completion of data collection and information dissemination.In the design stage, my main work is based on the actual scientific research in Liaoyang Professional Technology Institute to determine the composition module for the system: teachers'scientific research and information management module, the classified statistics of scientific research module, the module for modifying user passwords, the module for user registration, the scientific research data statistical analysis module, and then the planning for the composition among each module and database design. In the phase of the system, link the various modules together through a variety of data table.In the phase of the system enablement, registration system mainly completes the new user registration. After users type a new user name and password, the system will automatically query the database table of users, if it found no conflict, then the registration would be successful; if it found the duplication of name, then it would return error message and requir the user to re-enter. Scientific research information processing systems includs two functions of management modules, on one hand, it is an operation on personal scientific research information for ordinary users to add, delete, change and search; on the other hand, it is an operation on all the scientific research information for the administrator by delete, change and search. Classified statistics system completes classified statistics of scientific research information according to the type of results, the published year and the department, and the like conditions to process statistics of combination and classification. Scientific research data statistics system in our institute relys on the principle of statistical the workload of scientific research in the teaching workload assessing program designed to calculate the total amount of annual scientific research in each department rapidly and conveniently.Finally, we have the main functions of the system tested. The system interface is user-friendly, simple, easy-to-grasp and is expected to achieve the various basic functions to meet the needs of the statistical work of scientific research. in our institute.The above all are some of the work I have done, and the basis to write the paper. The full text is divided into eleven chapters, followed by the introduction, network and network database, Web server scripting language JavaScript, database interfaces, Web application development platform, ASP, the construction of scientific research information management platform for building a web site, ADO operation ACCESS database, ADO operation SQL Server database, the construction of scientific research information management website, the construction analysis and the application of key technologies of scientific research information management website.Due to time constraints, coupled with my limited ability, the system can't support the output of various norms of tables applied with scientific research management, and this feature will be further improved.In order to meet the rapid development of the situation of higher education, higher schools should be up-to-date concepts, adjust the idea and re-orientate the scientific research. They should take the academic building and enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness on a strategic consideration. Meanwhile, the present system will correspondingly continue renovation under the new requirements.
