Design And Implementation Of The Reporting Management System Based On Web Framework

Lately, CAPF(China Army Police Force) information has obtained obvious effects in network basic equipments,professional application systems,organization management structures and talent persons guarantee and plays more and more important role in the military development.This thesis deigns and implementation a"reporting management system based on Web Framework".Using automatic management of a scientific computer network instead of the manual handle report information, we can promote technology progress and raise the work quality and efficiency.According to the actual demand of discipline-inspection department of army, by using advanced computer, workflow, network and information technique, it has been suggested a frame based on workflow techniques to solve report information management problem. After analysis of the work rules and job procedures of Discipline Inspection department work, it is set up a realized report information management model.All parts of the model have been designed by using ASP( Active Sever Pages) and HTML programming technique based upon the WEB platform, SQL sever technique.And a solution of the dynamic management and real-time control of the reporting-information process integrating unit requirement and characteristic.The paper discuss the security about system and put forward a solution about safe problem of e-government based on B/S, and the solution can Key also be applied in other section in e-government.By means of constructing thus united,network like,automatic reporting system,it can make principal of Discipline Inspection department transfer quickly the report information adapting computers and network.The system will provide instant and realistic information to the each related section of army. Thus the Discipline Inspection department work efficiency and the function of supervision on army construction will be enhanced so as to raise the management level and make the management work of Discipline Inspection department stride upon a new step.
