The Design And Implementation Of Anauto Testing Framework For XML Database System

The XML database system is a management system for XML data and collections ofdocuments in the application. XML is the Standard Generalized Markup Language(SGML) subset, called meta language. XML allows the separation of user interface and structural data,the advantages of data from different sources without edge integration etc. Based on thecomparison of XML data model and conventional database model shortages, relationaldatabase is proposed in combination with XML according to the document type definition(DTD). It uses the relational database to reflect the child nodes of the root node of the dataset, the root node of the subtree tissue content, form the data object, establish the metadatabase and object database.Database system based on XML, using XML labeled data, to solve the complexrelationships between data. The database instead of a file storage data, is conducive to themanagement and maintenance of XML database is a collection of XML document and itscomponents, and through an ability to manage and control the document collection itselfand the representation of information system to maintain. According to the data item XMLdatabase background, in order to solve a series of problems test set management, operation,query and test, control and monitoring, data collection, the main objective of this projectis based on the idea of white box testing, with STAF as infrastructure, platform ofgeneral test and analysis of a XML database the.This system is based on a development framework C/S XML database system.Thesystem is to establish the white box test cases by simulating client function and form thetest scene perfect through the combination of test cases, which achieves the testingpurpose. Its advantage is to establish a certain rule testing framework, in the full use of theSTAF cross platform, multi language support and many advantages of reusablecomponents based on the news, mutual exclusion, synchronization and log.Using theprinciple of the allocation of resources distributed, the test cases are put to case pool forstorage and operation. When new interfaces and new requirements come, we can buildnew cases into the case pool to allocate resources to test through the testing framework.
